Carpenter Companies Florida was established in 2016 to facilitate as an umbrella company for Mr. Ron Carpenter Jr.’s various real estate related ventures throughout the State of Florida. The Carpenter Companies represent a full spectrum approach to real estate. Ron has a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license which he uses for commercial (Strategic Land & Property Sales LLC) and residential (Carpenter Realty LLC) brokerage services. Ron has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and his main expertise is in Residential and Commercial Development. Ron is the current CEO and 100% Owner of Carpenter Homes. During Ron’s development career, he was exposed to mitigation banking. Ron developed a passion and knowledge about mitigation banks and is the reason Strategic Environmental Lands LLC was formed.
